Last Friday (26/8) Petrobras inaugurated a new ethanol distillery, Biocombutível in Colina (SP), St. Josephthe distillery. The plant was built by the company with the Guarani, controlled by the French company Tereos. The distillery cost R$ 30.8 million, has the capacity to produce 110 million liters of ethanol per crop, and in 2011/2012, and is expected to produce between 44 million and 50 million liters.
